Our weekly in-person sessions are the heart of Purgingttorganic. Members gather to move together, share experiences, and build genuine friendships.

What to Expect at Your First Session

Arrive Early, Introduce Yourself

Come 10 minutes early if you can. Our team will greet you, show you around, and answer any questions. There's no need to be nervous—everyone here started as a newcomer.

Settle In & Get Comfortable

Wear comfortable clothing. You'll need a mat or towel if attending in-person. We have extras if you forget. Arrive with an open mind and listen to your body.

Follow Your Pace, Skip Modifications

Every practice comes with variations. Take the version that feels right for you today. This is your practice—there's no "right way" to move.

Stay for Tea & Chat

After the session, stick around. Have tea, meet others, ask questions. Community bonds form in these moments. You're now part of something bigger.
